The Apartment
The Tempest welcomes you into a spacious living room with dining area and window seat. Adjoining up 2 steps is an ample kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, oven and microwave grill and a bistro table set.
One double bedroom with a super king-size bed and an en suite with bath. The second large bedroom has a single day bed and a king sized bed, with a shower room next door.
The Terrace
The terrace is in the process of being updated. You are welcome to use the space meanwhile. Please enjoy using the patio furniture and barbecue. We would ask that you clean them before use and clean and cover them when leaving.
Please also note that neighbours may pass through the terrace to access the gardens
The internal courtyard is not accessible.
You can park every day from 6pm – 10am outside the flat on the single yellow line.
There are several long stay car parks in walking distance. Ropery Road is closest but down the hill, whilst Hillsborough is a scenic and flat 15 minute walk. Currently it costs £2.50 per day at Hillsborough car park.
A visitor’s permit ‘7 day North Devon Rover season ticket’ is available via the North Devon council website.
You can also pay for up to an additional 2 hours in the parking bay opposite at any other time at a cost of £1.20
Please note – Ropery Road car park in Ilfracombe is owned by Ilfracombe Town Council and is therefore not covered by the North Devon permits.
